Fitness Coaching

PHONE CONSULTATION (FREE - 30min): This is initially performed to gain insight into your health, training history, reasons for seeking a fitness coach and evaluating goals.

ASSESSMENT (60min): This is secondarily performed to acquire a baseline of body composition, movement and work capacity to determine your current fitness starting point.

PROGRAM DESIGN: Next, your coach will organize all of your information, schedule initial program learning and workout sessions, and develop your lifestyle and training program. This will be designed to meet YOU at your current ability, address specific needs and guide you towards achieving your goals.

WORKOUT (60min): Next, your fitness coach will GUIDE, CHALLENGE and SUPPORT you through your scheduled workout program.

ACCOUNTABILITY: Quarterly assessments are scheduled to re-test body composition, movement and work capacity progress, as well as evaluate and build continued communication between you and your coach. You will provide your coach with a weekly check-in report to help you stay focused with making healthy lifestyle decisions.

Private Individual Sessions in Studio 808 Gym or Outdoor Park Workouts

At Client’s home gym (upon availability)

Small Group Training

Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6:30pm - 7:30pm

This hybrid training option was developed to combine elements of personal training, into a semi-private environment, at a fraction of the cost. This takes place in Studio 808, utilizing the capacity of a full gym with state of the art equipment. Clients follow their own unique programs in the company of each other with the benefit of asking the coach questions about their workouts in-person. These groups are strictly non-competitive. Everyone does their own thing, but don’t be surprised if another group member notices your hard work and starts rooting you on!

Weekly Primal Movement Class

Sundays 9am @ BMA Dojo: 986 Amboy Ave Edison, NJ

This is a barefoot class that incorporates natural, playful, “get back to nature” human movement. Along with balance challenges, stretching, and recovery work, this unique class is as much fun as it is a great workout!
