The service goal of Mindful Movement Fitness is to provide quality training that is inclusive and realistic for many budgets. Any of the services may be utilized on their own or in combination, tailored to your needs.

WHAT TO EXPECT

PHONE CONSULT:

A fundamental part of screening for exercise history, previous injuries, activity interests, setting (and assessing) goals and scheduling for available training.

IN GYM FITNESS ASSESSMENT:

A comprehensive and scalable group of physical tests that helps to establish a client’s initial movement proficiencies or limitations and ascertain level-appropriate exercise tolerance.

FITNESS PRESCRIPTION:

A structured plan designed by a fitness coach that takes into account all aspects of information that will help clients work toward attaining their fitness goals. This can include appropriate scheduling of individual or small group training sessions, fitness classes, exercise prescriptions and lifestyle behaviors. This results in a balanced fitness plan that offers you support both inside and outside of the gym.

THE FITNESS COACHING DIFFERENCE

While fitness coaching does include elements of personal training, it takes a more holistic and team-based approach. Beyond just the workouts, fitness coaching encompasses a broader spectrum of wellness. Coaches delve into areas like mindset, stress management, sleep, proper hydration, and overall lifestyle. They aim to understand the client's entire life context, tailoring fitness plans to align with not only physical goals but also mental and emotional well-being. Fitness coaches act as mentors, providing guidance, motivation, and support throughout the client's journey to achieve comprehensive health and wellness transformations.

Mindful Movement Fitness uses an integrated app called CoachRx to deliver exercise and lifestyle programs right to your phone. Clients can view upcoming training calendars, exercise video tutorials, and is a platform for client-coach communication. Additionally, clients can view exercise tempos, sets, reps, and input weights at the touch of a button. The software makes it easy to track exercise and lifestyle data so you and your coach can work as a team to monitor your progress and cumulatively work toward your unique fitness goals.
